Montara Report Threatens PTTEP With Loss Of Licences

The Australian government has released the long-awaited Borthwick Report (BR) into the Montara oil spill in the Timor Sea. The report blames the spill on failings by the field's owner, Thailand's PTT Exploration & Production (PTTEP), and the regional regulator, the Northern Territory Department of Resources (NT DoR).
