Bashneft Beats Surprisingly Sluggish Surgut To Take Trebs And Titov

Russian oil producer Bashneft has won the development rights to the onshore Trebs and Titov fields, after fellow producer Surgutneftegaz failed to participate in the auction, Russia's Natural Resources Ministry announced on December 2 2010.
