PTT LNG Spot Market Plans Offers Trading Opportunities

Thailand's state-run PTT has said that the country's first liquefied natural gas (LNG) import terminal will be operational by July 2011 and has confirmed that the company will seek spot cargoes to top up gas imports, in line with BMI's view.
