China Signs Deal On Pipeline Operating Rights

China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has announced that it has signed an agreement with the government of Myanmar, granting the company exclusive rights to build and operate the Myanmar-China oil pipeline, according to a report on the Chinese section of CNPC's website, cited by Reuters.
