Apache Wins Approval Under Gas Plus Programme

US independent Apache has been granted approval to sell gas at higher-than-normal prices under Argentina's Gas Plus programme. The approval should allow Apache to proceed with exploration and development activities at its fields in the provinces of Neuquén and Rio Negro that are covered by the programme.
