Mangistau Investments Acquires MMG

Mangistau Investments, a 50:50 joint venture (JV) between Kazakhstani and Chinese state energy firms KazMunaiGaz (KMG) and CNPC Exploration and Development (CNPC E&D), acquired full ownership over MangistauMunaiGaz on November 25, according to a KMG press release.
