Petroceltic Boosts Stake In Offshore Elsa Structure

Irish explorer Petroceltic International has completed a farm-in deal with Vega Oil, a 100%-owned unit of Canada's Cygam Energy, to increase its interest in an oil field offshore Italy that may hold more than 100mn barrels (bbl) of oil.
