Anglo-Dutch major Royal Dutch Shell and Australian coal bed methane (CBM) explorer Arrow Energy have confirmed an AUD776mn (US$741mn) deal that will see Shell take a 30% stake in Arrow's upstream CBM assets in Queensland.
