Venezuela has finalised an oil exploration and production (E&P) deal in the Orinoco Belt with a consortium of Russian companies. Venezuela's oil minister Rafael Ramírez told reporters on March 15 that the Russian consortium would develop the Junin 6 Block in the Orinoco heavy oil basin.
