Italy's largest power company Enel has announced that on May 29 it sold a majority stake in its gas distribution network Enel Rete Gas. Under the deal, infrastructure investment fund F2i and Axa Private Equity will pay EUR480mn for an 80% stake in Enel Rete Gas.
